She is particularly passionate about supporting emerging leaders and women in leadership, helping them build the confidence, clarity, and capability needed to thrive in modern workplaces.
Through The Seed Theory, Jasminne works with individuals and organisations to develop confident leaders, empower teams, and create cultures where people and performance thrive.
Her philosophy is simple:
When people grow, organisations grow.
Leadership Philosophy
Jasminne’s leadership philosophy is centred on a simple belief: the best leaders genuinely care about their people.
Through her #LeadWithLove approach, Jasminne encourages leaders to build trust, show courage, empower others, and create environments where people can perform at their best.
She believes that leadership is not about authority or hierarchy, but about creating the conditions where individuals feel supported, valued, and confident to grow.
By combining practical leadership experience with psychological insight, Jasminne helps leaders build stronger relationships, develop self-awareness, and lead teams that are both high-performing and human-centred.
At the heart of her work is a simple idea:
When leaders grow, people thrive.
When people thrive, organisations succeed.
The Leadership Development Gap
Leadership development rarely happens in neat cohorts.
In many organisations, people step into leadership roles at different times; often one or two individuals across different teams. While some larger organisations run structured leadership programs, many businesses face a different reality.
Building and running formal programs for a small number of emerging leaders can be difficult to justify, and internal resources may not always be available to provide targeted support when leaders need it most.
Yet these moments are often the most critical in a leader’s development.
Without the right guidance, capable individuals can struggle with confidence, decision-making, and navigating the transition into leadership.
Seeds of Success exists to help bridge this gap by providing flexible mentoring, leadership development, and coaching that supports leaders as they grow.
Why The Seed Theory Was Created
After more than two decades working across large organisations, leadership teams, and growing businesses, Jasminne began to notice a common pattern.
Many organisations were focused heavily on performance and results, yet often overlooked the development and support leaders needed to truly succeed. Emerging leaders were promoted into roles without guidance, and many talented individuals (particularly women) struggled with confidence despite having the capability to lead.
But Jasminne also recognised that this wasn’t always the fault of the organisation.
Leadership development rarely happens in neat groups. People step into leadership roles at different times, often one or two at a time across different teams. For many organisations, it can be difficult to justify building and running full leadership programs for a small number of individuals, or to have the internal resources available to provide targeted coaching when a leader needs support.
Yet the need for guidance at these moments is critical.
Jasminne saw first-hand how powerful the right leadership support could be. When leaders were given the tools, encouragement, and confidence to grow, the ripple effect across teams and organisations was significant.
The Seed Theory was created from this belief.
A belief that leadership can be developed.
A belief that confidence can be built.
And a belief that when people are genuinely supported to grow, they can achieve far more than they initially thought possible.
Through mentoring, leadership programs, and keynote speaking, Jasminne now works with individuals and organisations to help leaders grow with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
Because ultimately,
when people grow, success follows.
